  1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 7-day return request window.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unopened, unused, and unsealed
• Original safety seal must remain intact
• Product must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return must be pre-authorized by us

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed supplements and personal care products are strictly non-returnable.

Any product returned opened, used, tampered with, or without prior authorization will be refused.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or unsealed supplement products
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized items
• Special-order products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

  1. RESTOCKING FEE

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

The restocking fee covers processing, inspection, handling, and administrative costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, email:

Include:

• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.

Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through replacement, store credit, or refund.

  1. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different product, return the eligible unopened item (if approved) and place a new order separately.

  1. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your approved return:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: up to 3 business days
• Your bank or card issuer may require additional time

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact OnlineEnablers@gmail.com.

Refunds will be reduced by:

• 30% restocking fee
• Original shipping charges
• Any return label costs (if provided)

  1. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a European Union member state, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.

However:

• Items must remain unopened and sealed
• Supplement safety seals must be intact
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Restocking fee may apply where legally permitted

We reserve the right to verify condition before refund.

  1. REFUSED DELIVERIES / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• A 30% restocking fee applies
• Additional re-shipping charges may apply

  1. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION

We maintain shipment records and delivery confirmation for all orders.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior contact may result in account restrictions and supporting documentation being submitted to the payment processor.
